Free newspapers and magazines are now de rigeur. The Metro is one of the most successful newspapers with its captive audiences on trains and buses attracting sufficient advertising revenue to make it viable. Shortlist is a free mag for guys, and now for us girls there is the sparkly new Stylist. We picked up a copy of the second week's edition at Edinburgh airport.
